Chugoku Epicon Undercoat HB White A+B is Epoxy Tie Coat used to build up the thickness of the anticorrosive epoxy paint system. Provide excellent adhesive between primer and topcoat. It can also be used as a primer for Aluminium and Fiberglass as well.
