TOA Bonding Agent (Previous TOA 112 Super Bond) 
A liquid bonding based on a synthetic rubber emulsion used for adding to cement mortar to bond between old and new concrete surfaces.
Suitable for repairing damaged corcrete or levelling the substrate.
Contain waterproofing properties
Excellent Adhesion for concrete layers.
