CHUGOKU UMEGUARD SX is modified epoxy paint and it can be self-priming paint. It has the following advantage  
Minimize surface preparation works.
May be applied over most aged anti-corrosive coating systems.
Various subsequent coats are applicable.
Excellent resistance for petroleum products, water, salt water, and selected chemicals.
Excellent physical properties such as adhesion, toughness, impact and abrasion resistance.
Easy application to corroded areas where optimum pre-treatment is not practical.
